Paul Heyman revealed in his recent appearance on Sports Media with Richard Deitsch's podcast "why he didn't announce Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 36."

Paul Heyman stated he didn't feel like announcing Brock Lesnar prior to the marquee match because of aficionados' absence at the time. He made it clear to Brock prior to his match against Drew at the show of show.

"Last year's WrestleMania, the main event was Brock Lesnar vs. Drew McIntyre. When Brock and I came out to the ring, I said to Brock, 'I can't announce you.' That was our schtick. I couldn't do it because my dance partner wasn't there. And my dance partner was the audience. I didn't realize it till we were halfway down the aisle to the ring."

After Brock Lesnar's departure following WrestleMania 36, Paul Heyman associated with Brock's colossal Tv foes Roman Reigns on the blue brand. Currently, The beast contract with WWE has expired, but it's inevitable Brock would re-sign his contract down the line.
